des moines trip, day 2 part 1
Long day, longer update later. Thought I’d check in after reading Liz’s blog post for today. I got appeasment after sending the e-mail in question. Snakes on a Plane was a stupid movie idea that should not be celebrated in any way. I’m completely glad it bombed. Also, the whole “they lost gate because underage kids had to buy tickets to another movie to see it” theory is complete trash. It tanked, it was (probably, since I won’t waste my time seeing it) terrible, and if you enjoyed it you have little to no taste. That is all.

Here Here!! Snakes on a Plane lovers are clearly non-diagnosed down syndrome patients who’ll support anything, regardless of quality or artisitc merit, so long as they can feel that they are part of something.
Note: I mean no offense to people with down syndrome by associating them with Snakes on a Plane fans. However, you must have an IQ of lower than 70 (which would make you a mental challenged by law) if you actually celebrate the heinous refuse that is this film.

I saw SOAP for a 2nd time last night. It was not as enjoyable as the first. I wouldn’t have seen it again, but it was packaged at the drive in with the new will farell movie - which imo was worse than SOAP.
